Job Description :
We are looking for a talented and motivated QA/Support Engineer who has a deep passion for product quality, debugging, and customer satisfaction to join our HW Operations team here at Ridecell. Being a team player comes naturally, and you’re someone people can count on to jump in and do whatever is needed to get the job done. You will play a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by validating new features, helping with post-launch support, and debugging.
What You’ll Be Doing
Learn & take ownership of post-launch support & debugging.
Work closely with internal and external customers to drive the quality of delivery.
Maintain and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality solutions & resolve issues quickly.
Actively update, maintain and monitor Asset Management Solution
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
Qualifications for Technical Support Engineer
2-3 years of proven experience in technical support or QA.
Excellent debugging & data analysis skills.
Good in SQL database
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
Commitment & passion to excel & grow technically.
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
Experience with Postman, sumologs is a bonus.
Interview process
There will be at least two technical and one non-technical interview rounds. Our emphasis is on the logical flow and code architecture. You would be required to do a take home assignment either based on the existing codebase or write a code from scratch depending on the first round of interviews. The process could take up to ten working days to finish.
