Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a PMC Supervisor for Residential projects. The duties include overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of residential projects while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The PMC Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, sub-contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project delivery within the agreed budget and timeline. The PMC Supervisor will report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Understanding of construction materials, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Experience in working with contract documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and supervise a team of contractors and sub-contractors.
• Ability to comply with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
