Requirements

§ Experience in windows and windows file share administration

§ Experience in Active Directory (user and group) administration

§ MCP(Microsoft) or ITIL V3 certifications preferred

§ Must have excellent written/Oral communication in English language

§ Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must

§ Should be flexible to work in shifts

§ Good team player and participates in organization initiatives and contributes to the company

§ Anyone of the below experience/ certification

• Scripting skills
• Automation certifications
• Plant experience
• Server administration (windows/ linux)
• Application/ Software development

Tasks

§ Windows File Share administration

§ Providing access to Windows file shares as per the process defined

§ Maintenance of Active Directory security groups for managing access permission on file shares

§ Managing MS-Exchange email distribution lists

§ Providing/Removing access to engineering tools

§ Ticket handling through SMT (Remedy) & documentation

Qualifications

Experience : 1 – 2 Years

Qualification : B.Sc/BE/B-Tech in computer science/Electronics or equivalent. 1-2 years of Experience in IT Infrastructure support
