As a part of IT EBS Operations Support team, handling day-today issues, gathering requirements, solution design, configuring EBS modules, testing, and end user support.
Collaborate with business teams, handling month end/Qtr end/Year end closing activities and issues pertaining to it, liaise with technical and functional members, DBA team and working with Oracle for SR (up to SEV1 24×7 level)
Identify opportunities for functional improvements and enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of available technology.
As per need, Conduct Demo’s and Training, Knowledge sharing sessions, cross functional collaboration etc.
Analyze, define and interpret business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting and validating functional/non-functional requirements.
Troubleshoot systems problems, identify cause of problems, work with appropriate groups to correct problems.
Work very closely with development teams to develop appropriate technical solutions.
Work in Agile Culture and Delivery Model
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree (US or foreign equivalent) or Master’s Degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science Engineering or Business Management, Accounting or a related fields
5 to 8 years Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Functional experience on Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Service Contracts, Install Base, CRM modules
Strong Problem Solving skills, Showcase out of box thinking & Innovative ideas in solutioning business problems
Sound knowledge on Interfaces, Integration and third party systems, tools & applications
Demonstrated ability to manage and plan in a fast-paced, team-focused environment; proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks/projects is essential
Fluent English language proficiency
Detailed and concise written and verbal communication and documentation skills
Expertise in facilitating meetings, Webinars, and conference calls
Ability to understand, adhere to, and drive existing team processes and ongoing improvements
Strong communication skills that foster relationship-building with Business and IT stakeholders
Sound judgment and independent decision-making regarding the viability of solutions and abstract concepts
Strong exposure in confidently collaborating with business partners, senior leadership teams, experience in working with multi-regions: Asia-Pacific, Latin America, European-Middle East-Africa, and the Americas.
Desired Skills
Possess one or more end to end Oracle R12.2.9 implementation experience
Exposure to an ecosystem of enterprise applications integrated with Oracle Financials e.g., Service Now. Concur, Vertex, RevStream
Experience Oracle Supply Chain Cloud and Good knowledge on Oracle R12 iSupplier, Inventory modules
