Role Description: –
For this role, we are looking for an IT Analyst to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience, and detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes.
Role Requisites: –
· Thorough Windows Server knowledge in installs & migrations, Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019, Patching/Deployment of OS server or desktop or both / Applications (SCCM, etc.), Build Management, Desktop Application Packaging, and Deployment general IT knowledge.
· Well versed with Active Directory (OnPrem/hybrid/online) and Group Policy Management – Private / O365 , Office 365/MS Office / Outlook / desktop apps/ Mailbox / OneDrive / Voice.
· Collaboration Skype for Business, Teams, SharePoint, Workspace
· Infrastructure (BackOffice)/ Client Management (User Facing)
· Good understanding of Horizon VDI / VMWare/vSphere Server
· Hands-on experience in Automation, public and private cloud (Azure/AWS)
· Well-equipped with knowledge in Antivirus Management (Kaspersky/ McAfee)
· Working knowledge in SQL/Oracle Server Management
· Hands-on experience in Identity Management / Subscription
· Good understanding of networking & networked devices in a live production environment, understands DHCP, DNS, the configuration of WIFI Access points, etc.
· Good understanding of hardware specification and purchasing related to standard IT or Microsoft products such as anti-virus,Windows PC, all licensing on Business PC Users, etc.
· Nice to have ITIL certification or similar IT Certification
· Must be in a customer-facing IT Support role for a minimum of 1 year, managing information technology and computer systems.
· Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
· Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
· Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
· Researches and implements technological strategic solutions, maintains a safe and secure work environment, and information technology strategies.
· Strong experience in technically supporting live operations in a managed services arena
· Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.

· Complete MSP, Telecoms, & IT on-boarding steps successfully on allotted or self-taken tickets.
· Ability to deliver correct tech or order planning when requested.
· Proactive approach to product & company research.
· Deliver ticketing SLAs in high octane environments
· Successfully undertake specific certifications in Telecoms, Managed IT & Security product domains.
· Deliver successful outcomes in assigned fault tickets with complete fact-find
· Excellent client communication & team coordination skills will be highly desirable.
· Proactive approach at all times with excellent quality of fact-find on all reported items at all times.
· Adopt client communication updates as a process at all times
· Must keep client notes on customer tickets or internal IT Items, updated at all times
· Must keep client privacy information in encrypted form at all times in designated places
· Excellent showcase ability in delivering company outcomes using targeted fact-find & wholesome team work.
· Must adhere to company policies & internal memos at all times.
· Acknowledgement that certain processes would be imperfect however resolutions & outcomes should be paramount.
· Plan, organize, control, and evaluate so as to have on-demand knowledge of related IT and electronic data operations.
· Ensure proactive security of data, network access, and backup systems.
· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to ticketing goals, or successful outcomes.
· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in high octane real-time need environments.
· Research and implement technological strategic solutions proactively.
· Maintain a safe and secure work environment & show proof any tech policies were proactively implemented.
· Show visible strong progression in technically supporting a managed services operation.
· Must show shining success in a customer-facing Support role for a minimum of 1 year
· Must show shining success in managing tech hygiene.
· Must complete following certifications – Yealink technical, TP-Link & Draytek Technical, Microsoft O365 Fundamentals, Azure-Fundamentals, Zyxel-Technical, 2N-Technical, Hikvision-Technical, full knowledge of VPNs & VLANs, full knowledge of Level-1 IP-PBX on-boarding items & existing client-fault items.
