Duties and Responsibilities
Product and Process Knowledge
Understand and know Client’s suite of payment products/services as well as the regulatory guidelines under which they operate.
Understand, know and familiarize with processes related to payments, collections and aggregation.
Implementation of client;s payment Products/Services
Implement Client’s payment products/services for clients across industry verticals.
Communicate with clients to understand and obtain their requirements and integrate/implement the appropriate payment solution in Client`s platform these may range from payment gateway solutions, recurring payment solutions, white label solutions, SDK based solutions, IVRS solutions etc.
Collaborate with business, engineering, technology, operations, vendor teams etc. to implement client’s payments solutions.
New Product Conceptualization, Development and Launch
Identify gaps, limitations etc. in Client’s suite of payment products/services and collaborate with business, strategy, engineering, technology teams etc. to conceptualize new and enhanced payment products.
Ensure new product conceptualization with a long-term view and value-based prioritization of new product initiatives.
Collaborate with business, strategy, engineering and technology teams to effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver the right features and at the right time.
Serve as the Project Manager for the development of new and enhanced payment products as well as their launches.
Play the lead role in preparing scope documents, process notes, product notes etc.
Lead the product team in collaborating with engineering, technology and vendor teams for preparation and finalization of technical interface spec documents for merchants.
Process Improvement Initiatives
Identify process improvement areas and collaborate with relevant internal teams for process improvement as well as process re-engineering initiatives.

2. Full Time MBA/PGDBM from Top Tier B School

Must be positive, pro-active and an energetic self-starter who likes to work in a competitive environment.
Type and quantum of experience
4 6 years in payment products, payment systems and payment solutions in banks / NBFCs / NPCI / Payment Companies / Card Networks etc.
3 5 years in digital products in banks / NBFCs / Payment Companies etc.
Above experiences must include 3+ years in working with APIs
