Job Description:

• Subject matter expert in IT Recruitments
• Daily task allocation to the team along with delivery schedules
• Training and mentoring of the team members on a daily basis
• Track and monitor daily tasks and CV production numbers
• Schedule and manage daily Interviews and weekend drives
• Attend Client meetings and events when required
• Maintain updated data and status on the Closures at all times
• Strict adherence to the Processes and SOPs
• Achieve the Team targets on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis
• Can handle 5-6 recruiters in team
• Report to the Manager
