Roles and Responsibilities :

· Handling calls & resolving enterprise level customer tickets related to network

· Work Shifts/ Hours: Rotational shift (flexible to work in night shifts)

· Windows OS: Rights & Permissions

· Windows Registry

Education: Graduates/Undergrads

Exp: Min 6 months of relevant experience

Shifts: 24/7 rotational

Salary: Upto 4 lpa

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
