We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Staffing Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new business opportunities by leveraging your industry experience, connections with Tier 1 IT companies, and acquiring new end-customer.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients, primarily Tier 1 IT companies, to generate new business opportunities for IT staffing services. Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Leverage your industry connections and network to establish rapport and credibility, positioning Sensepart Technologies as a trusted staffing partner.
Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements, challenges, and staffing needs. Collaborate with internal teams to design customized staffing solutions that address clients’ specific needs and deliver value. Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the IT staffing industry. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline by tracking and prioritizing leads, opportunities, and proposals. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of staffing projects. Provide necessary insights and guidance to the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT staffing business development, with a focus on Tier 1 IT companies. Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing in new business and acquiring new end customer logos.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT staffing industry, including market trends, client demands, and competitive landscape. Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle, staffing models, and relevant technologies.
Network and Connections: Strong existing relationships and network within Tier 1 IT companies. Ability to leverage these connections to generate new business opportunities and establish partnerships.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach. Ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions. Proven experience in negotiating and closing deals.
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities. Ability to identify market opportunities, create effective sales strategies, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Strong presentation skills with the ability to create compelling sales presentations.
Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Education: Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
