Roles & Responsibility : –
1. Seeks, interviews, assesses and places contract employees that completely satisfy the Job requirements.
2. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
3. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
4. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
5. Facilitates the onboarding process
6. Having telephonic discussion with candidates and evaluating communication skills in HR point of view.
7. Interview scheduling, HR round, follow up the candidates.
8. Should also perform Joining formalities, Induction and Employee engagement.
9. Understanding the background of the job and its scope
