Job Description for centralized IT service desk agent
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand organization’s current and ongoing process.
Patiently listen to caller’s queries / issues and understand it technically / process wise.
Provide L1 voice, email, and chat support for L1 IT Issues and queries.
Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical (L1) issues, refer internal KB articles to provide accurate solutions.
Ability to quickly understand the root of reported IT issues.
Provide resolutions within agreed time limits (Defined SLA’s).
Properly and timely escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Ensure all issues are properly logged.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹21,000.00 per month
