Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects, from initiation to closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks.
Manage project resources effectively, including team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders.
Monitor project quality and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
Stay up-to-date on the latest project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing software development projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
