job profile – Job Description
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft OS (Windows 8.1, Windows 10)
Knowledge of Windows server 2008/2016, Active Directory & User Group, Group Policy.
Basic Knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook O365
Customize Desktop, Laptop hardware to meet user specification as per defined standards.
Configuration & Support, troubleshooting Printers & Labels Printer (Lexmark, HP, & Zebra & Label
Printers)
Perform general preventives, corrective maintenance PCs, Laptop, and Printers.
Basic knowledge of switching Routing & Security Device
Manage Audio & Video Conference, CCTV
Basic Knowledge of TCP/ IP protocol Trouble shooting DNS, DHCP
Level -1 Support for all users.
