About the Role

We are looking for a world-class technical Solutions Architect to be part of a team that is responsible for the technical deployments of Sibros to our customers. The SA will work directly with customers and with customer system integrators to deploy Sibros solutions. This person must be a self-starter and used to a fast-paced, fun, energetic environment and comfortable with dealing with ambiguity. This person must also have a passion to solve unique world-changing technology problems. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for providing the technical expertise to make Sibros’s customers successful.

This person will have a broad range of skills and experience ranging from data architecture to security, infrastructure, microservices architecture etc. He/she will have the insight to make the connection between a customer’s specific business problems and Sibros’s solution, the customer-facing skills to communicate that connection and vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences, and the technical skills to be able to not only build demos and execute proof-of-concept but also to provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.

Possess extensive technical expertise on all aspects of Sibros

Ensure Sibros deployments follow best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer for customers to extend the capabilities of the platform independently

Partner with customers to provide hands-on implementation best practices on Sibros technology and effectively communicate them to the customer

Stay up-to-date on competitive and complementary technologies and vendors, and understand how to position Sibros in relation to them

Work as a consultant and deep technical expert for System Integrators to successfully deploy Sibros in customer environments

Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges

Support the development of other Professional Services team members’ expertise

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously enhance Sibros’s products and marketing strategies.

Ability to handle multiple customers and their requirements without losing focus.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role with a focus on customer engagement

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with technical and executive audiences through impromptu whiteboard sessions, presentations, and demos.

Strong hands-on experience in working with one or more public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, Azure

Proficient in one of the following programming languages: Golang, Python, Java

Extensive experience in one of the following scripting languages: Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash.

Ability to travel and work on-site with customers as needed in a short notice. There is a possibility to travel for about 40% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling enterprise SaaS software

Proven success in a startup environment

Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle technologies, including sensor fusion, machine learning, computer vision, and control systems.

Track record of successfully selling data and/or analytics software to enterprise customers; including the ability to identify key stakeholders, winning value propositions, and compelling events

Professional Solutions Architect certification from any one of the major cloud providers
