– Install, configure, troubleshoot & maintain computer hardware, software, systems and servers. Basic networking, Remote Support, Ticketing tools, Mail Configuration. Comfortable with client handling. Good communication skills. Patience, maturity and genuine customer empathy

– The candidate should have good experience in database and application support. Past experience working with a Stock Broker, associated software vendors / Capital Market. Some knowledge of fixed income, equities and commodities products.
