Purpose of Role Responsible for maintaining server systems, staffing the help desk to support users, and assisting with other IT projects.
Reporting to IT Service Manager
Principal IT:
Accountabilities Builds and repairs systems; loads operating systems and software; and troubleshoots
hardware, software, and network issues.
NVR/Cameras/Badge access systems.

Key Performance
Indicator (KPIs) Cherwell L1 ticket assignment/management
Key Relationships Internal – IT Staff / Plant, Corporte and remote users.
Vendor Managers
Experience / Must be fluent in English
Qualification High School Diploma or equivalent with appropriate technical schooling and training
