Liaise with vendors on IT support issues.

Liaise with Nike Regional IT for support & Information gathering.

Follow-up with Vendor

Help users in setting up the meeting room for video conferencing and support meeting room”s facilities like projector, network and etc.

Help users in liaising with Corporate Helpdesk and articulating the IT issues to the helpdesk. Eg. Help them in navigating the Servicenow and send requests to Helpdesk.

Minor help with the user machines, if required.

Asset Management (make sure all the IT equipment are documented, tagged)

Spare Pool management (make sure the loaned laptops/projectors are recorded and managed)

Door access management. Liaise with Vendor and Admin.

Data backup (insert tape and do the backup and help to restore if necessary)

Local Support for IT infrastructure at the premise.

Outage Management (onsite to perform system shutdown)

Trade-show/Event Support in the office.

Weekly activity report submission

The contractor will provide the following Deliverables under this Work Order:

The resource arranged will fulfill the criteria as below:
Good Communication Skill.

Good working ethnic and adhere to in house rules of Client office.

One (1) year or more experience in IT Support.

General Knowledge in backup, server and networking.

Able to work in a team manner with Nike Internal IT.

Able to build rapport with users.

Able to engage escalation to 3rd party vendor/Contractor.

Able to engage escalation to Nike Regional IT Management
