Above 1 Year in Helpdesk Support of Banks.

Qualification

Any Degree/Diploma . Experience in supporting application software in any institution would be an added advantage.

Deliverables

• Attending calls from Branches and resolving the same with the help of Bank’s back end team.
• Technical errors to be passed on after a preliminary analysis to the Banks back end team so that Back end team can further probe and resolve the issue. Once resolved the same has to be communicated to the user.
• Study of new products/functionalities/applications launched by the Bank and answer queries by the users.
• Should be able to quickly learn regarding the functionalities of the application and support branches.
• Should be able to learn newer applications launched by the Bank on an ongoing basis.
• Basic knowledge of IT applications like web interface, database, configurations so that issues can be analysed on a preliminary level.
• Other tasks related to Help desk team assigned by the Bank time to time.
• Entering the call details in Bank’s internal tracking system.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
