Who we want:
We are searching for a dynamic well-organized professional with Enterprise project/program management expertise and hands-on experience leading internal global support initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, strong business acumen, with experience in the customer service/support field and core competency in business process management, and the ability to work well within a team.
The candidate will be working on behalf of Technical Support engaging with stakeholders across Product Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success and Information Technology teams to help ensure Support team readiness for upcoming software releases and help drive key internal strategic Support initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide project/program management support to the Stryker Vocera Technical Support organization
Engage with project stakeholders to develop and manage project plans, outlining task milestones, dependencies, resources, due dates, etc.
Develop and manage detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Analyze and call out resource dependencies and constraints
Own, coordinate and facilitate internal Tech Support stakeholder meetings and communications
Engage with other cross functional teams in Engineering, Professional Services and Sales as needed to drive operational efficiency and process improvement across key interlocks.
Collaborate with senior support leaders in the project delivery of strategic support initiatives
Participate in Support strategy discussions to prioritize project delivery schedule on a quarterly basis
Builds successful working relationships within Technical Support, Engineering, Professional Services and other internal customers.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
BS or equivalent and 6+ years project management experience
Proven track record in implementing business systems and process improvement initiatives
Experience managing large multi-discipline projects for clients
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Salesforce.com experience
Knowledge of Agile framework/methodologies
Strong familiarity with one or more of the Business Process Modeling tools like SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, MS Visio, Lucid Chart, Google Drawings.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify risks and dependencies and put in place plans to mitigate them.
Able to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with a sense of urgency.
