Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Executive at Swastik Pipe Limited located in New Delhi. The IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and managing IT operations. The role will involve handling various IT tasks and ensuring smooth operations of the company’s technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Network Administration skills
• Experience in Information Technology and IT Operations
• Experience with navision ERP is crucial
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or related field
• Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
