Job Description:
1. Excellent Communication Skills (written and Oral)

2. Experience with various US Tax Terms like W2, Corp 2 Corp, 1099.

3. Strong experience in sourcing profiles through portals like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and other Social Networking sites.
4. Ability to handle niche hiring with minimal guidance.
5. Experience working on any ATS preferably JobDiva
6. Work experience on ERP requirements preferred.
7. 2-3 years of solid end to end recruitment experience for USA market.
8. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn & grow and accountability.

W2-hiring experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹130,997.00 – ₹605,054.00 per year
