JOB ROLE/POSITION: Product Marketing Manager

EXPERIENCE/ELIGIBILITY
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management
and/or related fields.
– 3-4 years of marketing, sales and/or strategy experience working on technology brands (in
Product marketing, partnerships and/or program management).
SALARY/REMUNERATION
FIXED COMPONENT: – INR 300,000 – 360,000 Gross Salary per Annum
VARIABLE COMPONENT: – 10% of Profit Margin of Revenue Generated
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be successful in this role, a candidate must be able to:
– Drive Product Strategy and GTM inputs into and planning for Consumer and Enterprise
channel readiness beats including CES, SMMs, START, Long Lead Planning, etc.
– Partner across GTM teams to build out the cycle, season and fiscal year business goals, and
ensure clarity is provided and landed for partner and field teams.
– Ensure the coordination of CRISP deliverables across the team.
– Drive optimization of the portfolio go-to-market strategy.
– Help customers make decisions to leverage Beahead Products and solutions to improve their
business processes.
– Be the consumption subject matter expert with the ability to lead technical presentations,
demonstrations, workshops, Production ready pilots.
– Responsible for having customer conversations on the benefits of Beahead Products and
solutions versus competitive Products and business offerings.
– Be able to map a customer business processes and leverage Beahead technology to improve
the same.
– Be a vital connection and orchestration point for a variety of technical resources.
– Partner with various account members and look holistically at accounts and make objective
assessment.
– Be a strong team player through cross team collaboration within the team and other Beahead
teams, and drive a sense of urgency.
– Identify and document consumption best practices and customer references to further grow
the success of best practice scenarios.
– Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and targets.
– Shape current and future Product, Solution and Marketing strategies, and customer
centricity ideas through feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering.
– Manage Customer inputs into key business reviews including MCB, MBR, SLT presentations,
as well as Device Engineering.
– Translate information from Sales Performance Calls to insights and actions for the GTM and
Product teams to optimize guidance, Product messaging, and toolkits to enable optimization
of business performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Desired qualifications and skill sets include, among others:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.- 3-4 years of marketing, sales and/or strategy experience working on technology brands (in
Product Marketing, Partnerships and/or Program Management roles).
– Ability to think creatively about customer/business problems, generate innovative Solutions,
and simplify the complex to get to root-cause business Solutions.
– Understanding of core marketing and sales processes and rhythms.
– Strong analytical ability to diagnose performance problems, and driving resolutions.
– Experience in managing large amounts of data.
– Past success in demonstrating an ability to work effectively with multiple teams and
stakeholders, while generating energy, creating clarity and delivering desired results for the
organization.
– A profound sense of accountability alongside the ability to influence, inspire internal/external
teams and organizations.
– Ability to deal with ambiguity, possess exceptional organizational, planning and project/
program management skills, as well as being Solution oriented.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Excellent team player.
