In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support and maintenance for various network technologies, including ACI, R&S, Wireless, NAC, LB, DDI, Azure Routing, and more. You will primarily focus on domain-specific tasks such as ACI BD and port allocation, micro-segmentation, and network tool management.

• Strong domain experience in areas such as ACI, R&S, Wireless, NAC, LB, DDI, Azure Routing, or similar technologies.
• Proficient in network tool management and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of ACI Bridge Domains (BD) and port allocation.
• Experience in implementing and managing micro-segmentation policies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve network-related incidents and problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent, are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
