Primary Responsibilities:
✓ Focused on 3DEXPERIENCE support activity – L1 and L2 level support
✓ Taking up the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical support on DS solutions for the region.
✓ Deliver Technical Support, Product demonstrations, Proof of concepts both as per customer requirements
and driving the same with proactive engagement.
✓ Help in planning/delivering trainings, technical workshops and enablement sessions for customers and
internal teams.
✓ Continuous learning and proactive response to customer requirements maintaining high satisfaction index.
✓ Work closely with the Sales team during Pre-Sales phase of any opportunity.
✓ Documentation and Knowledge base management.
