Full Job Description
1. Provide desktop support on O365, Windows desktop
2. Provide support on networking and internet issues and resolve them
3. Provide support on Wi-Fi issues and resolve them
4. Analyze and understand technical reasons for slow internet response and
monitor bandwidth utilization by tools provide by Internet Service provider
5. Understand, learn, and provide support for VOIP soft and hard phones
6. Need to work and provide IT support to the user group, at office from 2.00
pm to 11.00 pm IST
7. Minimum experience of 2 years in similar role and maximum of 4 years
8. Consistent and stable tenure in previous company
9. Only relevant work experience
