Location – Bangalore
Start Date – Immediate
Duration – 3 Months (Depending upon customer requirement it will be extended more than 3 months or reduced less than 3 months).
Note – 1. We need local Bangalore engineer with minimum 1 year of relevant experience and who can speak local Kannada, English and Hindi language as well.
2. This is service desk job.
Tasks & Scope of Work:
1. Incident management
2. Providing, Phone, email support to end users
3. User access management
4. Documenting the issue, resolution and maintaining the Knowledgebase
5. Creating and maintaining the knowledgebase about the issues that they are handling.
6. Responds to emails and assigned tasks.
7. Should have strong verbal / written communication.
8. Should have very good knowledge in English
9. Ensure timely response to emails queries and tracking mechanism
10. Must have In-depth knowledge of follow-up management/Email coordination.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1-3 months
Pay: ₹180,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per year
