Roles and Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of the technical solutions of the organization.
• Ability to identify quality resources skill-wise, Ability to work in a Team.
• Ability to work on and meet Targets.
• Align with Organizational Goals and work accordingly
• Sourcing, screening, headhunting, evaluation, and Selection Process.
• Deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions drawing upon consulting skills to recommend the best course of action to recruit, assess, select, and hire.
• Sourcing the resumes through various sources like Company databases, references, portals, and LinkedIn.
• Should have knowledge of IT recruitment profiles
• Specific Innovative measures demonstrated to meet business requirements with respect to sourcing and hiring activities.
• Savvy with social media tools and recruitment methodology.
• Consultancy background is an added advantage.
