Description and Requirements
- Real time Monitoring of Network alarms for T1.
- Circuit Testing – OFF net and ON Net for Copper T1 lines.
- T1 support /Help desk support on networking devices to TELUS Enterprise customers.
- Device testing of L2 devices of Voice customers.
- Troubleshooting of ERX & DSLAM and tweaking profiles.
- Responds to calls, and assigned tickets / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
- Work as Tester on new and upgrade on CWDM implementation for enterprise customers.

- Must possess good verbal written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
