As an Analyst Administration, you will be joining our small but growing team in managing our office and administration. Your role will be a blend of liaising with vendors, HR, Finance and the IT Team in managing operations and ensuring a conducive working environment. You would be willing to learn and innovate as well as leverage any growth opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate in any discipline
Working experience of 3-5 years
Knowledge on Office 365 and Asset Management, Knowledge on SharePoint & MS Exchange would be an added advantage
Strong MS Excel skills and basic word skills.
Good written communication skills.

Role

This is a non-technical role. The candidate would be expected to be computer literate and possess good administrative potential. Some of the key tasks would be as follows:
Work with the Office Service Provider on any requirements and to resolve any issues
Liaise with our virtual office service providers in other locations on any key issues
Liaise on employee escalations relating to medical reimbursements with our service provider
Ensure requirements for hosting important visitors are in place
Handle bookings for local accommodation
Oversee arrangements for Team Face to Face meetings in Bangalore
Oversee dispatch of Onboarding kits and track return of assets from separated employees
Handle confidential documentation requirements for the Finance, Founders and Investors
Oversee material movement in/out
Maintain office supplies
Oversee Staff – Security and Office
Assist in organizing CSR activities
