Responsibilities:
Develop the modern workplace vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Yearly Budget Planning
Manage and maintain end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
Provide technical support to end-user’s services including virtual and onsite site support.
Manage software updates and patches.
Manage cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365 and licensing management.
Ensure that all systems are secure and up to date.
Provide interpretation and advice on policy, regulations, contract requirements and terms and conditions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
5+ years of experience in IT support or related field
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM or Intune
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Hands on experience in end user services applications
