Responsibilities and Duties

1.The selected candidates would be responsible for assisting Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners etc. with the functioning of the application, website troubleshooting, on-site support at the time of sealing.

2. Dashboard monitoring to track and trace of the container movements, maintain device inventory and update report sheets in excel.

Qualifications:

1. ITI/ Diploma (preferably in Electronics & Communication) in technical field.

2. Should have effective communication skills, leadership qualities and self-starter in nature.

Skills and Criteria:

1. Fresher or 1 year of experience preferably in electronic and communication or any technical field
2. Good understanding of the Logistics, Import – Export and Transport industries.
3. Good with consumer and regulatory interface for sales and marketing purposes (customer query handling, mail communication and on-site assistance to customers).
4. Willing to work 24*7 as per the roster and visiting different project sites as per requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹204,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per year
