Perform infrastructure support services, related tasks & activities at Trelleborg group of companies within Asia Pacific. Duties are primarily in the area of Microsoft platform applications, Windows Servers/Desktop, LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLAN. Duties includes, servicing multiple sites & widely distributed infrastructures, maintaining corporate Applications Servers, LAN, WAN, WLAN and Security, support to resolve complex issues.

Perform Incidents Escalations and User Education.
Analytical Skills; strong and flexible individual capable of dealing with the typical tensions that arise within an IT service environment; confident & customer focused;
Good problem solving skill
Interface with all levels of employees and functional groups in the Trelleborg group of companies from senior management to basic user groups.
In addition, the person will have to interact with external services suppliers and contractors related to IT.
Would be assigned Primary and Secondary Site Support Responsibilities that falls within the Asia Pacific region.
Due to the broad spectrum of internal and external interaction requirement, a friendly, Helpful, and outgoing disposition is an advantage with high level of customer focus, strong support commitment & a dynamic attitude.
Ability to manage own work priorities and schedules (good self-management skills) independently.
Ability to cooperate with individuals & with a problem-solving oriented attitude on a yearly defined Goals and Objectives.
Manage end user incidents and prioritize work based on defined SLAs.
Deal with multiple users and prioritizes service in line with business needs.
Profile:
Associates Computer Science or bachelor’s degree, equivalent combinations of IT education, experience & certification will be considered.
A minimum 3 years’ experience working in a preferably global IT organization supporting Microsoft platforms underlined by respective systems support training certificates, such as MCP, MCSE or equivalent.
Additional WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure experiences or any other technical certifications are an advantage.
Proficiency in English preferred.
Good verbal/conversational/written communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with technology teams, managements, and end users.
Meet defined Service Desk Service Level Objectives and Service Level Agreements targets.
Ability to travel within country, regionally and internationally as required by business for support and/or project work.
Implement/Install/administrate/maintenance on all aspects of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability & manageability following Trelleborg IT standard processes & responsible IT management.
Support IT asset management processes following defined Trelleborg Policies and IT standards. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the first/single point of contact.
Technical IT infrastructure knowledge & experience with focus on globally positioned IT infrastructure technique & hardware.
Experience in server hardware/software
Good trouble shooting skills in network and application/file server
Knowledge on ITIL and other ticketing tools
