Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
Understanding ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisement and managing responses
Data mining detains and updating the data
Reaching out to target talent via social networks( LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, etc)
Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
Updating recruiting metrics and ATS
Contacting passive/past candidates for new job openings
Suggesting inventory optimization strategies
Maintaining a vendor database and updating it regularly
Key Skills: Key Requirements:
You have prior experience within talent acquisition in a sourcing role
You have strong knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Experience in LinkedIn is Must
