What you’ll do at UiPath:
Sharing with the team any new piece of knowledge or troubleshooting techniques that can help in faster resolutions
Suggest and/ or assist with implementation of Continuous Service Improvement, automation, scope transfer projects where identified
Handles the communication with the business and acting as a liaison when required to translate technical requirements adequate towards the end user
Customer Centric – demonstrated ability to handle difficult end-users
Travel to other UiPath sites if project based on temporary IT support is required
What you’ll bring to the team:
Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience as a helpdesk technician or other customer support roles
Technical Knowledge – good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Comfort with Technology – Demonstrated ability to research solutions and translate them into resolutions based on troubleshooting and investigation
Problem solving attitude and customer oriented
Patience, empathy, curiosity and diligence
Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas in a user-friendly language
Customer oriented and cool tempered
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and strong time management skills
Self- motivated, must be proactive and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, end-users, and with vendors
