Position Summary:
Provide technical support for Uniphore products and deliver high-quality customer service to our customers.The solutions youprovide are highly technical, but a customer-focused approach to ticket handling is essential to provide a greatexperience. We seek a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Specific Responsibilities:
Requirements
Career Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in deployment of IT products on cloud and on-premises environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field/discipline.
Hands-on experience on production systems and application infrastructure maintenance.
Has successfully implemented multiple integration projects involving discovery, deployment design, impact analysis and delivery of solution.
Experience in Contact Center technologies is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience in cloud services and cloud setup such as AWS, Azure, Linux and Windows operating systems, databases like MongoDB, PostgresSQL, installing and configuring software on Linux machine, virtualization technologies like VMware, docker, scripting such as shell scripts, python.
Hands-On experience on GIT, Jenkins,Serena and BitBucket.
Experience in Kubernetes and Ansible is a plus
Hands-on experience in service management or incident tracking tools like Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy
Good to have technical experience on application high availability and disaster recovery.
