As an IT Technician at VCLS, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to end-users, monitoring and optimizing system performance, analyzing and launching improvement projects, and taking preventive or corrective action on security alerts and incidents. Your role will also involve serving as the point of contact for third-party contractors/vendors’ support desk. By excelling in these tasks, you will contribute to maintaining a robust and efficient IT infrastructure that drives our business forward.
Provide L1/L2 support to end-users, promptly addressing their IT-related queries and issues with a customer service-oriented approach.
Monitor and optimize system performance, employing proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent any potential issues.
Analyze and launch improvement projects, actively seeking ways to enhance our IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
Monitor and take preventive or corrective action on security alerts and incidents to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
Serve as the point of contact for third-party contractors/vendors’ support desk, coordinating and resolving IT-related matters efficiently.
Ensure the smooth functioning of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Softphone.
Possess knowledge of basic networks, such as Meraki, DHCP, DNS, and Switches, to effectively manage our computer park.
Apply IT security knowledge and protocols to safeguard our systems and data.
Prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating active listening skills and patience while interacting with end-users.
Thrive in an international environment, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
Exhibit a proactive, problem-solving attitude to identify and resolve IT challenges promptly.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
Proficiency in using and managing Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Softphone.
Familiarity with basic network principles, including Meraki, DHCP, DNS, and Switches.
Ability to efficiently manage a large computer park.
Knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.
Perfectly operational level of English.
