The Learning Experience Coordinator in our Chennai office will be focused on setting up employees toward optimal success by introducing new hires to Marketing Services (through MSA) and training them to speak to our global partners.
This individual is passionate about working with people, teaching, explaining, and implementing lessons to teams in a clear and effective way, bringing visible results in the performance of our teams across Marketing Services in the Chennai HQ. Working in collaboration with the L&D team and MS Learning Experience Coordinator, this individual can take a lesson plan, facilitate in-depth training sessions, and provide QA to the results by rating the quality of the calls!
About The Job
This position will utilize the following KPIs and metrics to define success:
This role will be working closely with our Client Engagement team in Chennai therefore the incumbent must be able to align working hours at least partially wiith Central Standard Time in North America. Most partner and customer calls will happen between the hours of 8am to 5pm CST.
