L2 technical support ( Cloud support )
Should have good documentation skills.
· Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
· Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.
· Log’s incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records:
· Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions
· Records incidents categorize them by symptom and resolution
· Acts under guidance to record and track reliability data for services.
· Should be able to handle L2 SD support tickets.
· Have a basic knowledge of Azure IOT and network.
· Good to have Manufacturing domain knowledge
Should be comfortable working in night shift as well, Initial 6 months’ work to be done on 9×5 shift post which night shift could be applicable
