4. Ability to provide step- by- step technical help
5. Strong understanding of TCP / IP Model
Good to have skills
1. Basic understanding of PKI, 802.1x and RADIUS
2. Knowledge about active directory, Azure AD and MDM
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills
Rolls and responsibilities
1. Technical troubleshooting, analysis, diagnosis and resolution of issue
2. Implement customer use-Cases
3. Taking ownership of customer reported issues
4. Documentation in a case tracking tool
5. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
6. Providing feedback to product teams
