Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our business growth and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with actual users, procurement personnel, distributor management, and other stakeholders to achieve sales and collection targets, develop new business opportunities, implement effective marketing strategies, and ensure profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Collection Target Achievement:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
Collaborate with procurement personnel and distributors to streamline order processing and ensure timely collections.
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base.
Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Marketing Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions, to reach target audiences effectively.
Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Profitable Growth:
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and profitability.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure pricing strategies align with profitability goals.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to maximize profitability.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
