Role: Manager _ Sabrix IT Product and Delivery Manager

Role and Responsibility:
Drive the SABRIX product upgrade releases, perform end-to-end Project coordination & governance at each gate, work in conjuction with EVO Func Ops team and tech ops Sabrix team
Drive the PPMs and projects and ensure e2e delivery management as ITDM, via effective coordination with various teams such as supplier, _VOIS technical and functional ops teams, SAP, business, Release and technical delivery teams.
Secure required approvals during product release upgrade (including decision making on behalf of IT department).
Drive new business case with Head of SCM IT product management and work on BC with various teams including business PM and system integrator.
Ensure the product release comply to the CBM and design principles and is compatible with the SAP version
Act as a backup of VOIS Sabrix Expert (as a backup: i)Handling of tax determination related defect or consultation in BAU tickets, ii)maintaining the correct VAT settings in Sabrix)
Ensuring up-to-date architecture and solution adherence to Group security policies
Review PPM VIA and provide demand approval at various gates, raise queries or issues with the DMO team and SI/supplier as required
Review the PPM functional and technical specification documents and ensuring approved versions are stored in the SAP Solution Manager
Work with business on any new requirements, product roadmap & vision, solution change review, improvement ideas
Trigger Technical Design Authority (TDA) for new solution, or solution changes requiring new technology
Being a backup of existing VOIS Sabrix Expert (as a backup: i)Handling of tax determination related defect or consultation in BAU tickets, ii)maintaining the correct VAT settings in Sabrix)
Regularly/proactively following up the Thomson Reuters roadmap and implement the features which are required, or beneficial for VPC. Consultation with and the involvement of the VOIS Sabrix expert is necessary.
The PPM management, coordination and governance. The PPM is fully managed and coordinated by Demand Management Office till gate 3 and after that ITDM takes a lead on the demand, which in this case will the requested resource in Santiago’s team – Sabrix IT Product and Delivery Manager.
The organization and coordination of PPM related testing with the involvement of every impacted team. Testing is organized & managed by testing team but of course the involvement of Sabrix IT Product and Delivery Manager will be there.
E2E product life cycle management and working closely with the business product owner, Sabrix product supplier (including contract and PO management, invoicing related query handling) and _VOIS teams.
