Skills : Basic knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting,
Basic knowledge in Windows operating system troubleshooting,
Basic knowledge of software/drivers / logical understanding of troubleshooting process.
· Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
· Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
· Ensure all issues are properly logged.
· Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
· The ability to think logically.
· Strong customer focus.
· Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Maintain individual performance towards client KPI’s.
