Job brief

We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Performing requirements analysis and documenting requirements including: * Business Requirements, and Product Requirements
• Functional and Non-functional Requirements
• Software Requirements Specifications
• Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Cases
• User Guides/Manuals
• APIs Documentations
• Performing Requirements modeling using tools such as Whimsical, Miro, FigJam
• Modeling Entity relationship diagrams (ERD)
• Acting as Project Manager/Scrum Master* Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Be the point of contact for external communication, e.g., customers and stakeholders.
• Creating epic cards & handling backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline
• Experience and proven work as a business analyst
• A Project Manager/Scrum Master certificate
• Experience in a Scrum Master role
• Outstanding organizational skills
• 5 years of experience as minimum
• Proficient in Speaking, listening, reading, and writing English
