We are recruiting an IT Helpdesk Analyst to support our contact centres and operations around the world. Initially work from home, you may be required to work from our Gurgaon office once lockdown is lifted.

What you’ll be doing
Taking ownership and resolving reported faults and IT incidents reported over the phone or via the IT ticketing system based on priority and severity
Seeking to get to the bottom of issues by using effective questioning techniques to collect enough information to log and resolve the issue
Ensuring that the service and quality levels are kept in line with key performance indicators and service level agreements
identifying the need for change and reporting findings
Proactively learning new technologies and innovations to improve the ways of work making every interaction a WOW moment
What you’ll need
Bachelor degree
Process driven with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Support
High level of IT knowledge
General understanding of service desk operations, Microsoft AD for basic account administration, PCs, peripherals and various operating systems
Ability to resolve first line issues efficiently and effectively to agreed company standards
Good written, oral communication skills
Ability to demonstrate a customer first approach to support with cultural awareness and sensitivity
Process driven, motivated self-starter with ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure
