Our company needs a human resources specialist, a project finder, who will help us find inter-company contractors and companies looking for employees.

What are your responsibilities?

The Recruiter ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for working with various clients to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions.

You, as an experienced HR, will recommend our company on job posting platforms, staffing company websites, and to USA companies seeking remote employees with C2C or B2B (company to company) contracts. You will refer our suitable remote employees to them or your clients once you contact them.

In case they wish to hire our staffs remotely for their projects, we will negotiate wages and working conditions with those companies and create an intercompany (between businesses) C2C agreement.
