Responsibilities:
Lead IAM operations team members and deliver operational excellence
Participate in the review and design of IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized
Build operational support and adoption of new IAM solutions
Demonstrate experience engineering and operations of CyberArk PAS technology in a cloud environment
Demonstrate experience engineering and operations of Single Sign On technology in a cloud environment
Lead projects and initiatives working with IAM leads, IAM team members, other architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide consensus-based enterprise IAM solutions that are scalable and adaptable with the ever-changing business needs and industry demands.
Provide operational requirements to IAM projects and strategic initiatives related to enhancements and evolution of IAM services.
Operational
Lead the ongoing operations and enhancements of IAM solutions
Lead the day-to-day operations of the IAM solutions and services
Lead a globally distributed operational team
Lead the identification of service improvement opportunities
Participate in design activities and requirement gathering to ensure operational perspective provided
Define IAM Operations service levels and service metrics
Monitor the Service ticketing system and work with team members to resolve tickets that are out of SLA
Lead response activities including working with team members on service restoration activities
Lead root cause analysis and prepare leadership reports on incidents, resolution, and root cause
Participate in planned change and other maintenance activities
Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call
Actively manage incidents raised by business unites and escalation (as needed)
Maintain SLA’s by resolving incidents and service requests in a timely fashion
Develop and maintains documentation of key operational processes
Participate in audits and other compliance assessment activities
Relationship Management
Mentor and develop IAM team members
Actively engage and build a network with many teams across the globe including:
Global IAM team leads and team members
Global Technology and Infrastructure teams
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent
8+ years of total experience in Information Technology
3+ years in professional services with focus on identity and access management (IAM)
2+ years of CyberArk PAS engineering and operations experience
2+ years of Single Sign On engineering and operations experience
People management in projects, and direct reports in a matrixed environment
An ability to motivate and manage information security staff supporting the organization’s goals
An ability to cultivate and build collaborative working relationships with a broad range of enterprise stakeholders
An ability to develop consensus in support of organizational goals, both within and outside of the security organization
A well-developed understanding of and appreciation for business needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business
An ability to effectively influence others to modify their opinions, plans, or behaviors
An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable manner
Flexible working hours to support a global operation
Understanding of security in cloud environments and a demonstrated understanding of the technical aspects of information security, such as network security, infrastructure security, and application security
Understanding information security & compliance requirements, standards, and regulations
