We are actively seeking a strong US IT Lead / Senior Recruiter with strong technical knowledge to join our successful team in Chennai.
Job Title: US IT Lead / Senior Recruiter
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid-Initially Remote Later Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Type of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment
Responsibilities
Manage the entire life cycle of the US IT Recruitment process for clients in the US.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Work on strategic global hiring programs.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
Procure people for different US IT Requirements.
Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years experience required in US IT Staffing and Recruitment
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of US IT Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Must have experience in dealing VISA’s and American IT Employees.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Sound knowledge of US IT concepts and the latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
