Zorang Technologies Looking for US IT Recruiter at Gurgaon, Haryana Full Time

• Job Description: –
• Should have hands on experience in US Recruitment.

• Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements regularly interacting with in US to understand the requirements.

• Sound understanding of the US Staffing Process (Visa Types, Work Authorization Status W2/ Corp.-to-Corp./1099, Rate Calculations, etc.

• Defining the process for recruitment engine for large project-based engagements.

• Sourcing candidates from different sources (Network, Vendors, job portals: Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.)

• Define methods to source more full time/W2 candidates, with emphasis on hiring higher number of US citizens, GC holders and EAD candidates

• Compensation negotiation as per range provided by account team

• Updating Job Diva and making sure to enter the daily status like shortlisted/interview schedules/joining date of the candidates daily

• Standardize effort tracking system & Daily & Weekly recruitment report consolidation.
• Attractive Incentive per Closure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
