Role: Manager – Visa Operations

Location: Gurgaon
Role Overview:
This Role will be a part of Business Development Management Team in VIsa Function, where the incumbent will be responsible to manage Customer service ,Operations Management , Client Communication , Complain Resolution , Auditing , Relationship Management , CostManagment & team Handling . This role would also involve coordinating with the partners /Consular section and ensuring seamless relationship building with them.

The Visa Team manages Holidays /Corporate business entities for Leisure & Business Visas processing & fulfilment
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship & Key Account Management
· Key responsibility will be to extend exceptional efforts to ensure MakeMyTrip Customers are Served with Visa across international footprints
· You will proactively identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to effectively deliver and ensure we achieve/exceed production targets
· Collaborating with Tourism Board / Consular Section / Visa aggregators and providing expertise, metrics, analysis and recommendations based on the industry’s best practices .
Negotiation Skills
· Networking, Deal initiating, negotiation & closing deal with partners
· Exclusive deal setting with partners to ensure competitive edge for Go-MMT
Operational Excellence
· The incumbent will be responsible in supporting and driving sustainable performance of their respective portfolios
· End to end management of the operational work-tasks of account management
· Ensure smooth coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders – Sales,Product teams, Online Customer Handling, Operations, Finance, and external stakeholders like partners, Tourism Boards
Data Analysis and Reporting
· Sharing insights on market and industry with the clients and internal stakeholders
· Responsible for responding to data & report related queries of internal stakeholders
Skill Set required:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Analytical bent of mind.
· Networking, Deal initiating, negotiation & closing deal with the partners.

• MS Excel
• MS Power-point
What are we looking for in you?
Relevant Experience:
· Preferred candidates having 8-15 years of past work experience in Visa Role /Travel Trade/Key Account Management.
· Experience in handling multiple high value key accounts is preferred.

· Stakeholder Management Skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Team player
· Flair for Travel is also a pre-requisite for the job profile
