Job Description
Visa’s Corporate IT Collaboration Technologies team is looking for a curious, creative, and talented technologist to join our team. We focus on delivering platforms and solutions that help Visa employees work at the pace of our growing business. Position Functions
Provide support, maintenance, and administration of SharePoint 2016 and 2019 servers.
Troubleshoot issues and provide level 3 technical support to the level 2 support team and SharePoint users.
Respond to questions or concerns from business owners regarding the function of the software.
Maintain, tune, and patch systems for optimum performance and security with no or minimal downtime.
Stay ahead of SharePoint developments and new features.
Proactively monitor environments.
5 years of experience with SharePoint administration including implementation.
Maintain all SharePoint administration documentation.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
